We love regional and traditional food. Abundant, tasty, healthy. In essence, good. We daily buy our jamón, lomo (cured loin), meat, cheeses and fresh produce at local markets.
We are obsessed with quality and we only pick the best and fresher ingredients to elaborate our gourmet sandwiches and dishes (award-winning chesses, healthy salads…). Our jamón and cold meats are labeled ibérico, the mortadella is truffled, the butifarra (Catalan sausage) follows an ancient family recipe and melts in your mouth and the codillo (pork grilled knuckle) is cooked at low temperatures... Bread is the cornerstone of our success. We were the first to introduce pan de cristal (crystal bread) for sandwiches, a light, crispy and elegant which catapulted us to the NY. Many restaurants have followed suit although none achieved ou bread finesse. Selecting the best artisanal breads with great care lies at the heart of our philosophy: Anything good will taste even better between two pieces of bread!
